Pools across the city (including the Fort Lowell pool) have been reopened to the public and more than $100 million in parks projects are being planned, underway, or completed. Paul ensured that the east expansions of Broadway, Speedway and Kolb were delivered on time and on budget. Paul has been a leading advocate for sensible water rates and innovative water conservation ordinances.
